Whistler Canada is a beautiful town located in British Columbia, and it’s one of my favourite places in the world. Breath taking snowy mountains, crystal blue lakes, patios overlooking gondolas, and the wide variety of beautiful people from all around the world make this place paradise. This laid back community is home to thousands of people who love the outdoors and enjoy the beauty of the mountains and the village. Each year aspiring skiers and snowboarders flock to whistler looking to make it pro. If you took a walk through Whistler Village you’d find yourself talking to people from all different countries. Aussies make up one of the biggest amounts of “foreigners” (you could say) in Whis and they definitely are a good time.

Their is a huge population of young adults here who came to take advantage of the relaxed lifestyle. Hitting the slopes, hiking, biking, eating good food, going for drinks, hitting the bars, and floating The River of Golden Dreams are some of the daily activities you can take part in with the locals.
Fashion:
The fashion in Whistler largely reflects the active lifestyle. Nothing about Whis fashion is fancy; the best worlds to describe it would be laid back and vintage, and thats an understatement. Bright oversized T’s, ripped jeans, vintage 5 panel snap backs and vans pretty much make up the ideal outfit. Pretty much any thing goes here. I even had the pleasure of meeting multiple people who just didn’t wear shoes around town, and that includes riding the bus, hiking and going for pizza.
I am by no means a city girl, and would highly recommend travelling to BC to be a part of the chill, active, beautiful lifestyle that is Whistler.
